Refund Policy

The "અમને સપોર્ટ કરો" button lets you contribute a small amount towards running costs. It is a voluntary contribution, not a purchase and not a charitable donation — no tax benefit is offered or implied, and it unlocks nothing, because everything is already free for everyone.

Because nothing is delivered in exchange, support payments are not refundable as a matter of course. However:

• Paid by mistake, or the wrong amount? Email us within 7 days and we will return it in full — no questions asked.
• Duplicate or unauthorised payment? Full refund, processed within 5 working days of us confirming it.

Until 26 July 2026 we sold mock-test credit packs, unlimited subscriptions and a mock bundle. Those products have been withdrawn — everything they unlocked is now free.

• Any unused credits stay in your account, but you no longer need them for anything.
• If you paid for one of those products and would like your money back, email us — we will refund the unused portion in full, regardless of how long ago it was. We would rather return it than keep money for something we have since made free.
• No subscription is billing you. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal will be charged.

• Test or exam outcomes — we never guarantee a rank or a selection.
• Support payments that are simply regretted later, beyond the 7-day window above (though you are always welcome to write to us).

Email gohiljayesh94@gmail.com from the address on your account with the payment date and amount (a Razorpay payment id, if you have it, is the fastest). We reply within 2 working days and refunds reach your bank or UPI app within 5-7 working days after approval.

If you disagree with a decision, reply to the same email thread — it escalates to the founder. Beyond that, see the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
