Not happy with your subscription in the first 7 days? Email us and we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
1. What is refundable
- Subscription plans (Plus, Pro) — full refund within 7 days of first purchase, even if you used the platform.
- Annual subscriptions — pro-rated refund within 30 days, minus 10% processing fee.
- Duplicate / accidental payments — full refund, processed within 5 working days.
- Failed deliveries— if you paid but lost access due to a technical issue we couldn't fix within 48 hours, full refund.
2. What is NOT refundable
- Subscription after the 7-day window (or 30 days for annual).
- Refund requests due to "not enough time to use" — please budget time before subscribing.
- Test or exam outcomes — we don't guarantee any rank or selection.
- Coupons, promotional credits, or free trial extensions.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (cheating, fraud, etc.).
3. How to request a refund
- Email refunds@pariksapath.in from your registered email.
- Include: order ID (from your account page), reason for refund (optional but helpful).
- We'll respond within 2 working days with a decision.
- If approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days (depending on your bank).
4. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling stops your subscription from auto-renewing — you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunding ends access immediately and credits the money back. Choose what fits your situation.
Razorpay's processing fee (~2%) is non-recoverable. We absorb this for refunds within the 7-day window. For pro-rated annual refunds, we deduct it from the refund amount.
5. Disputes
If a refund request is denied and you disagree, please reply to the email — we'll escalate to the founder. Beyond that, see the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
