Terms of Service

By creating an account or taking a test on PariksaPath, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13-18 require parental consent. The platform is intended for individual exam preparation.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You must provide accurate information. Fake or duplicate accounts will be banned.

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat during tests (switching tabs, using AI tools, copying questions out, hiring proxies).
• Republish, sell, or redistribute our question content or translations without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing dataset.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian or applicable law.

• The free section of PariksaPath is free. Optional premium mock series are sold as one-time purchases in INR at the price shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal.
• A premium series unlocks for the account used to buy it, on the website, with no expiry. It is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or copied.
• We use Razorpay for all payments. By paying you agree to Razorpay's terms.

We make a good-faith effort to provide accurate exam content. However, we don't guarantee that all questions, answers, or explanations are error-free or that they will appear in any actual exam. Always cross-verify critical information.

Question text, solutions, translations, design, and code are owned by PariksaPath (or our licensors). You get a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your personal exam preparation only.

Previous Year Question papers from public exam authorities (GPSC, GSSSB, etc.) remain in the public domain. We attribute them to the original source.

We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You can delete your account any time. On termination, your access ends immediately; purchases are refundable only as per the Refund Policy.

The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, or selection. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before going to court, we encourage mediation — please email us.
